The proposed project consists of replacement of an existing two-lane concrete deck on timber stringers bridge, with a new two-lane concrete bridge on Alta Mesa Road at Laguna Creek north of State Route 104.
Tentative Schedule
- Preliminary Study: 2011 to 2013.
- Environmental Study: 2011 to 2016.
- Design: 2014 to 2019.
- Right-of-Way Acquisition: 2018 to 2019.
- Construction: May 2020.

Estimated construction costs are $5 million. Project costs will be covered with Federal Highway Bridge Project (HBP) funds and the Road Fund.
