​Background:

The project was bid on April 1, 2021, and is being awarded to St. Francis Electric, LLC. The estimated construction time period is June 2021 to December 2021. Some preliminary work may occur prior to the start of construction, such as installation of Project Information Signs. Access will be maintained to all residences

Project Description:

The Florin Area LED Street Lights Phase 3 Project will install a total of 42 street lights and includes the replacement of existing curb, gutter, and sidewalk to accommodate the new street light foundations.. The project area is bounded by Stockton Boulevard, 53rd Avenue, Briggs/Palmer House Drive and Fleming Avenue.

Project Funding:

The funding for this project is from Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment (SHRA) funds through
Community Development Block Grant (CDBG).
