This project will improve pedestrian accessibility by filling in sidewalk gaps at one location on the north side of Folsom Boulevard in Cordova (District 5) and at several locations along Cottage Way in Arden Arcade (District 3). The project includes installation of ~800' of sidewalk separated from the roadway by landscaped frontage with decorative street lights along the north side of Folsom Boulevard between Mira Del Rio Drive and Butterfield Way, ~180' of sidewalk along the north
side of Cottage Way east of Fulton Avenue, and ~800' of sidewalk and street lights along the north side of Cottage Way from west of Trimble Way to east Terrace Drive.

Estimated construction cost is $1.3 million, with funding provided by the Federal Congestion Management Air Quality (CMAQ) Program and a local percentage match from the Sacramento County Measure A Sales Tax.
