Project Description
This project will construct pedestrian facilities that will improve access to a combined affordable housing development within the South Sacramento Environmental Justice Community. ADA curb ramps will be installed at non-signalized intersections on 47th Street from 50th Avenue to Le Donne Drive; Le Donne Drive from 47th Street to Underwood Way; and Underwood Way from Le Donne Drive to Maynard Way/Candell Ct. The project also includes the installation of street lights on 46th Street, bordering Nicholas Park, and pavement rehabilitation work.

Funding
The estimated construction cost for the project is $775,000. The project is funded by Road Fund revenues, the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), and Local Streets and Roads Program SB1.
