Project Description
This project will install curb, gutter, sidewalk infill, curb ramps, and street lighting on various locations along Edison Avenue (E Country Club -Watt Ave), El Camino Ave (Gunn Rd-Fair Oaks Blvd), Hurley Wy (Dealynn St-Gannon Dr), Manzanita Ave (Hilltop Dr-Auburn Blvd), and Marconi Ave (Eastern Ave -Root Ave)
Project Benefits
• Improved pedestrian safety and mobility throughout the project area by installing street lights, and constructing continuous sidewalks, and installing ADA compliant sidewalk ramps at corners.
Tentative Project Schedule
Preliminary Design: 2020 to 2021
Environmental Clearance: November 2020
Final Design: 2021 to 2023
Right-of-Way Acquisition: 2021 to 2023
Construction: April 2024 to October 2024

Funding
The estimated construction cost for the project is $2,700,000. The project is funded through the Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP), Measure A Sales Tax and the Sacramento Transportation Authority.
