Project Description
This project will widen the existing Bradshaw Rd and Gerber Rd signalized intersection. The improvements include additional through lanes, dual left turn lanes, and signal modification. The project will also widen Gerber Rd 1500' west and 900' east of Bradshaw Rd. Bradshaw Rd will be widened 900' north and south of Gerber Rd.
Tentative Schedule
- Preliminary Engineering: 2023
- Environmental Clearance: 2024
- Design: 2024 to 2025
- Right-of-Way Acquisition: 2024 to 2025
- Construction: 2026
Funding
Estimated total project costs are $4,172,000 and will be provided by Measure A and Developer Fee Funding
