Project Description
This project will improve bicycle and pedestrian safety and mobility through the mixed use of developments between Munroe and Howe. Fair Oak Blvd will be reduced to 4 lanes and separated bike lanes will be added. Sidewalks impeded by utilities will be widened and 2 new traffic signals will be added. Additionally, the Fair Oaks Blvd/Fulton Ave intersection will be modified.
Tentative Schedule
- Preliminary Engineering: 2022
- Environmental Clearance: 2021
- Design: 2023 to 2025
- Right-of-Way Acquisition: 2023 to 2025
- Construction: 2025
Funding
Estimated total project costs are $4,000,000 and will be provided by Measure A and Developer Fee Funding
