The Sacramento County Department of Transportation is designing and moving forward with street light installation project.
Timeline
Anticipated Board of Supervisors approval: December 2021
Anticipated Bid announcement: February 2022
Anticipated awarding of the contract: March 2022
Anticipated construction schedule: April 15, 2022 to December 31, 2022
Project work
- Install curbs, gutters & sidewalks, landscaped median & planter, pedestrian crossings, ADA ramps, update drainage system.
Traffic
During construction, one through lane in each direction will be maintained at all times and two through lanes in each direction will be maintained during the morning and evening rush hours. Access will be maintained to all residences and businesses during construction. Pedestrian and bicycle access will also be maintained.
